Sanja Kovacic

Sanja Kovacic is a biologist with a MSc degree in ecology: she has a fascination for the rare, endemic and endangered species of the Croatian exceptionally rich flora. She is working in the Department of Botany affiliated with the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, preparing her PhD in taxonomy and ecology of the Croatian rare and endemic Campanula species. She writes popular and scientific articles; furthermore she is a contributor to several floristic and ecological projects. Most of her slides are taken in the Mediterranean-Mountainous region of Croatia.
