Ronald Buskens works as an ecology consultant with Taken Landschapsplanning, a consultancy for water and environment. For ten years now, he is involved in lowland stream restoration , the reconstruction of river landscapes, restoring humid conditions of nature reserves and stream valleys and the restoration of moor land pools in the Netherlands.
He especially takes pictures from landscapes and waters with their characteristic features regarding landforms and nature. He uses pictures of his own and also from other people to present them as examples for nature and landscape development and also to use them as nature images. Ronald uses his holidays to visit other countries in Europe and to get inspiration in unspoiled or less disturbed nature sites. |
