| Johan Bekhuis is involved in the reconstruction of the natural river landscape in the Gelderse Poort area (province Gelderland, the Netherlands). He is a part of a team of biologists of WWF and Stichting ARK. He is interested in various types of natural landscapes in Europe. Avifauna usually attracts most of his attention, although he hardly takes pictures of birds. Unfortunately for Saxifraga his best plates are on his retina and not on celluloid. |
