| Eugen Schaub is an amateur photographer with some knowledge of botany from lessons at the secondary school and from his study in pharmacy. He lives in Allgäu for more than fourty years. He has a fascination for Alpine flowers. Mrs Paula Sendtner-Kohlhaupt (1904-1998) was his supervisor: Paula Kohlhaupt published various books of Alpine flowers and broke new ground in this field after 1960. Furthermore, Eugen Schaub is interested in orchids, endemic species and impressive flowers. |
